Countable and uncountable nouns


COUNTABLE
- countable noun (e.g ship can be singular or plural. We can count ships. We can say a ship/one ship or two ships
-E.gs we could see a ship in the distance

UNCOUNTABLE
-An uncountable noun(e.g water) is neither singular nor plural. We cannot count water. We can say water or some water but not a water.
-E.gs Can I have some water?


Crispy Yogurt Chicken


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup plain
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Method

    Wash and clean chicken breast and cut into thin slices.
    Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt and chilli flakes for 10 minutes.
    Coat marinated chicken slices with flour then dip into beaten eggs.
    Then coat with breadcrumbs and deep-fry until crispy.
    You can keep the chicken marinated without salt for 8 hours in a chiller. Once salt is added make sure to fry it within in an hour.
    Notes:-
    as for yogurt,salt,chilli flakes,plain and breadcrumbs..we cannot count it but there are always ways to make this things available to count..such as by using the indicator such as...a cup of breadcrumbs,1/4 cup plain,1 tsp chilli flakes,1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup yogurt..by using this method..we can always follow the correct measurement to cook Crispy Yogurt Chicken as above...hehehe..have a try..hmmm,yummy1
